3.5 oz Clean & Polish Luxury Toothpaste
3.5 oz Penetrate & Whiten Whitening Gel
Place equally-sized amounts of the Toothpaste from Tube 1 and the Gel from Tube 2 next to each other on your toothbrush. Use enough of each to liberally cover the toothbrush head.
DO NOT add water to the brush after applying product.
Brush for 2 minutes, morning and night, with the mixture on your brush. For best results, begin by brushing your front teeth, and then continue with the rest of your teeth. You may rinse your mouth with water after brushing. You may also eat and drink immediately after brushing .
You may see noticeable whitening after only two weeks of use, but continue to use the two-tube TRULY System for one month (30 days) as described above to achieve your best results. After that month, take a break from the TRULY System and use only regular fluoride toothpaste morning and night for one full month.
Going forward, alternate between using the TRULY System for one month and using regular toothpaste for one month. This "one-month-on, one-month-off" cycle will provide the best whitening results on an ongoing basis.

A: Truly Whitening Toothpaste System is intended for persons ages 12 and up. The system is comprised of 2 tubes: a Clean & Polish Toothpaste and a Penetrate & Whiten Whitening Gel. The Clean & Polish Toothpaste alone may be used by ages 2 (with supervision) and up, as with most toothpastes. Do not use the Truly Whitening System (Clean & Polish Toothpaste and Penetrate & Whiten Whitening Gel) on anyone under 12 years of age.

A:There are no expected side effects, unless you are allergic to certain ingredients. Unlike many other whitening products, virtually no sensitivity was experienced by any subject in a clinical study!
Q: Can I use this system if I have unnatural tooth surfaces or dental work?
A:Yes. TRULY Whitening Toothpaste System has been proven safe to use on all tooth surfaces. It will not strip or harm your veneers, porcelain crowns, or other dental work. It will help restore the original color of the artificial surface; however it will not make the artificial tooth whiter than the original color the dentist created.
