Use a tissue to blot dry the surfaces of teeth. Use the ampoule to rub the serum into teeth as shown below.

  FLIP

  Remove ampoule from paper sleeve, flip it over and reinsert with applicator tip pointing outwards. Don't forget to reinsert the clear ampoule into the white paper sleeve!

  POP

  With applicator tip pointing down, squeeze until the inner tube pops and tip is saturated with serum. Make sure the applicator tip is pointing down and soaked – almost to the point of dripping – before applying.

  
• 

  WHITEN

  Apply to each tooth's surface, in a circular motion. Squeeze and apply until empty. Continue to squeeze the ampoule to move the serum out through the tip as you go!

FOR BEST RESULTS:

• As you use the ampoule, spend several seconds rubbing the serum into each tooth, and spend more time on teeth that are more discolored.  Use the edges of the applicator to get into the ridges between teeth.  Keep serum on teeth and away from gums as much as possible.
• Continue to squeeze the ampoule, with the paper sleeve ON, to keep the serum flowing as you apply!

Right after applying the whitening serum, use the light to accelerate its whitening power.

• 

  PRESS

  Turn the light on by pressing the "G" button in the center.

  
• 

  PLACE & HOLD

  Position the device in mouth with lips around the mouthpiece, and light in front of teeth. Keep device in place until timer beeps.

  
• 

  REPEAT

  After the device beeps, repeat Steps 1 and 2 for a total of 3 cycles. Do not restart the light without a fresh application of whitening serum on your teeth.

FOR BEST RESULTS:

• Before you place your lips around the mouthpiece, glance quickly to make sure light is activated.  Do not look directly into light source.
• When the device is in your mouth, rest upper teeth on lower teeth without overlapping to make sure all surfaces are exposed to the light.
• It is safe to swallow any excess saliva as you use Smile Whitening Light, but you may wish to spit between whitening cycles.

  UNCAP

  Uncap the ampoule to expose the applicator tip.

  
• 

  SQUEEZE

  Hold the ampoule with the applicator tip facing down. Squeeze dots marked 1 and 2 in that order to pop the two inner capsules and blend the formulas. Continue to squeeze the ampoule gently until the applicator tip is fully saturated before you apply the serum to teeth.

  
• 

  WHITEN

  Whiten by applying the newly-blended formulas evenly onto teeth. Do not drink, eat or rinse for at least 20 minutes.

Brush your teeth, and then use a tissue to blot the surface of teeth dry. Apply a thin, even layer of Pre-Whitening Amplifier Gel to each tooth.

  PINCH

  Squeeze tube firmly at dotted line.

  DETACH

  Bend the stick gently back and forth until the seal snaps open. Be sure not to break the stick that goes down into the tube.

  PULL

  Remove swab from tube.

  APPLY

  Paint a thin, even layer of gel onto teeth with swab. Re-dip the swab into the tube as necessary to ensure that gel is applied on all tooth surfaces.

FOR BEST RESULTS:

• Use the swab tip to spread a thin layer of gel onto the surfaces of teeth.  The gel is a bit thick, but you only need a little bit to accelerate the whitening serum you rub into your teeth in Step 2.

Immediately rub the Smile Whitening Ampoule serum onto teeth in a circular motion (approximately 2 minutes). Be sure each tooth is thoroughly coated. Allow to dissolve naturally - do not eat, drink, or rinse for at least 20 minutes.

• As you use the ampoule, spend several seconds rubbing the serum into each tooth, and spend more time on teeth that are more discolored. Use the edges of the applicator to get into the ridges in between teeth. Keep serum on teeth and away from gums as much as possible.
• Try to keep squeezing the ampoule in the same place, at the blue "HERE" oval, to get as much serum out as possible.
• It is safe to swallow any excess saliva as you apply the serum.
• You may achieve better results if you refrain from drinking or eating dark or acidic food and beverages (such as coffee and orange juice) throughout your whitening treatment.

FOR BEST RESULTS:

• Before using the ampoule, clean the surface of the teeth by brushing gently.  Blot teeth with a tissue or towel to minimize saliva, which can dilute the serum.
• Rub the saturated applicator tip evenly over all visible tooth surfaces to distribute the serum evenly.  Then, go back and scrub each tooth, one by one, in a circular motion.
• Spend several seconds working the serum into each tooth, and spend more time on teeth that are more discolored.  Use the edges of the applicator to get into the ridges between the teeth.  Keep serum on the teeth and away from gums as much as possible.
• Slide back the paper sleeve and peek into the ampoule to see if there is any serum left.  Make sure you use all the serum!
• After you use the ampoule, wait at least 20 minutes before eating and drinking so the serum stays on teeth.  The longer it stays on the teeth , the greater the whitening result.
• You may feel some sensation on your gums or lips from the serum.  For most people, the sensation isn't uncomfortable. If your teeth and gums are sensitive, you may feel a little more.  But don't worry – the serum is completely safe!
• Try to keep squeezing the ampoule in the same place, to keep the inner tube from being broken into very small pieces.  The serum can stick to the small particles, and may reduce the amount of serum that you're able to get out of the ampoule.
• You achieve better results if you refrain from drinking dark or acidic beverages (such as coffee or orange juice) during your whitening treatment.
