Q: I'm turning the dial of the pen, but no product is coming out. Is it broken?
A: The first time you use the pen, you may need to turn the dial for quite a while to get the gel moving up through the brush tip. This does not mean that the pen isn't full! It's a feature that keeps it from leaking before you purchase it. If the dial doesn't seem to work right away, just be patient and keep turning! It will be worth the wait. After the first time, it won't take as many turns of the dial to get the product out.
