How do I place an order?

When you're done shopping, click "begin checkout" to place your order. If you don't want to order all of the items, simply edit your shopping cart before proceeding to checkout.

Can I change my order during checkout?

Yes. The "review order" page lists your order information and gives you another opportunity to make changes. Your order will not be placed and your credit card will not be charged if you do not click "complete your order."

How can I be sure my order has been received?

Once you click "complete your order" on the final review page, we'll give you an order confirmation number. You will also receive a confirmation e-mail within approximately 24 hours. We will send you another e-mail to notify you when your order has been successfully processed.

What forms of payment does GO SMiLE Online accept?

What if I don't have any of those?

Don't worry. You can place an order via USPS using a check or money order. Please do not send cash. With your payment, note your name, address, phone number, the products that you want to purchase and the total amount including shipping fees and applicable tax with your check or money order.

Tax is charged in CA (8.25%) and MI (6%).

When will my credit card account be charged?

Your credit card will not be charged until your order is shipped.

We are required to collect tax in CA (8.25%) and MI (6%).

What is Typical Delivery Time?

Although we generally fill your order within 1-2 business days, the arrival of your shipment depends on several factors, including geographic location. You may also request USPS Priority Mail two- to three-day service, available to most domestic destinations.

GO SMiLE uses USPS Priority to deliver your order. Delivery timeline of 3 - 5 days is from the time package leaves our warehouse. Shipping fee is $7.95 for the initial order .

Does GO SMiLE ship to US territories and international addresses?

GO SMiLE can ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and US Virgin Islands. Additional shipping fees may apply.

You will receive two e-mails after you have placed your order and provided us with a valid e-mail address: The first confirms that your order has been received (your order confirmation number will be included); this e-mail should arrive within approximately 24 hours. Can I Return the Products?

GO SMiLE is backed by a 30 day money-back guarantee. Just try our products for 30 days, if you're not totally satisfied with the results, simply return the remaining ampoules for a complete refund of the purchase price (less shipping and handling).

To return your products, please call us at 888-239-6980 for a return merchandise authorization (RMA) number. Place the merchandise in a box with your original invoice and RMA number and send it to us. Make sure it is clearly marked on the outside of the returned package for processing purposes. If you don't have your original invoice, make sure to include your name and shipping address, as you believe it appeared on the invoice. Please allow 1-2 billing cycles from the day you return your package for your account to be credited.
